An article contrary to Industry 4.0
The tigers of the far east, the new actors of the production of this day, which is the export champion by reducing the profits of the west in international competition with its cheap workforce, will be exfoliated like the defeat of World chess champion Kasparov to an artificial intelligence robot in industry 4.0. We are running towards a commodified industrial society where human beings are not even extras. A study contrary to Industry 4.0 ,

Industry 4.0 and society.

In May of this year, I attended three important panels that I had the opportunity to watch in Europe. All three panels spoke to the CEOs of the largest machine-building companies producing technology worldwide. The rest of the audience was the industrialist and the rest was the world economic press. Power point presentations and videos, which everyone watched with interest, were very impressive. The company representative explains that these new generation machines will create a new synergy in the stagnant and saturated market.

While listening to the positive effects of "Industry 4.0" and rapid developments in the world of cloud computing, I realized that the speaker never touched the human element, until today all consumption objects were shaped within the framework of production relations with productive forces. When consuming people, these objects also had a human factor in the production process. Although the role of the producers since the second quarter of the 20th century was not at the level of the 19th century industrial worker, they had a decisive role in the different stages of the production process. However, now the doors of another world are being opened and the stinks coming from there were changing the roles.

In the field of human history, the industry has experienced three revolutionary processes in the previous period. If we were in Turkey and found the conversion process has already begun lived before the industrial revolution itself is located 3 çokcul within the complex technological processes. While he's just starting to live somebody, he witnesses the world evolving towards a new process in the industry's dizzying pace. Let's take a brief look at how these processes took place and try to explain Industry 4.0, which is our main subject, and the problems it will create.

As it is known, the process defined as the 1st Industrial Revolution in the 18th and 19th centuries in the West started in England, and after the construction of the first steam-powered ship, the trade started to the offshore continents, then the first Steam Locomotive was built and the foundations of today's modern machines were laid. It has made a very rapid development in almost every production sector, including the industry. This development in the industry brought with it a great enrichment. We call the 1st Industrial Revolution to integrate steam machines and various inventions into production. A new class leading these developments is the sector that holds the industry and capital, called the bourgeoisie, in the class category. In this period, the bourgeoisie,It has a great accumulation of capital with the richness it has obtained from the colonies from Asia to Africa and intensified the production with the power of the industry and carried its trade network all over the world. While these are happening in the economy, it is the process where the class struggles are sharpened in the social plan and the working class working in the industry turns towards the bourgeoisie.

After the First Industrial Revolution. Electricity, internal explosion engines, transatlantic telegraph, radio, etc. between 1870 and 1913, in which especially steel production methods were developed. The period of inventions such as "Second Industrial Revolution" is called. This period is called "Industry 2.0". The third and the period we live in today is called "Industry 3.0", where the electronic and information technologies are active.

Briefly, after a short journey to the past of the industrial societies, let's take a look at what will happen in this new system of the near future, which is defined as "Industry 4.0" and which industrial transformations will be in the future:

In the light of the foregoing, this sector, which is defined as the productive forces in economic politics and regarded as the subject of the production until today, the working class was gradually blurred and gradually liquidated within the magic of the virtual world. At the first moment, he dreams of life and thinks of the rich life comfort when he is away from the working life of the next generation. You think that machines and smart robots will do everything for you, and people will be comfortable. Who wouldn't want such a life? While the robots are serving you, you are reading the digital book on the sun lounger on the hot beach, and even why should you read your eyes and your smart book reader will read it to you. You drink ice cold lemonade or national drink! ....

You will see virtual dreams as if you see hungry chicken in the millet warehouse because you think that all these technologies are made for 8.5 billion people to live comfortably, not to get their fingers pressed, and sometimes to get rid of the problem of growing products in the band for 10 hours. Meanwhile, the presentations continue on the screen and there are no people in the film frame. You watch the movie of a world of production without man. More and more products will be offered to the market, much, much higher quality products and relatively cheap products. Philosophy, sociology and logic lessons, which are taught to us at school and are removed from circulation today, come into play in our generation. Well, if everything is automated, where are people going to work, if they don't work,What will they have with their vital needs and these robots that will serve them? Are states in a virtue of unfair living, that states are in a position to offer this comfort to their citizens? Such an understanding seems unlikely in this world, where 25 million people were massacred by the earth twice for the sake of money and profit ambition, and nowadays it turns into a powder keg. I have no place in this world yet there is no other world to go to design. Doesn't this purely commodified world of industry open the doors of a new kind of colonialism to the human race?I have no place in this world yet there is no other world to go to design. Doesn't this purely commodified world of industry open the doors of a new kind of colonialism to the human race?

The tigers of the far east, the new actors of the production of this day, which is the export champion by lowering the profits of the west in international competition with its cheap labor, will exfoliate in the industry 4.0 like World chess champion Kasparov's defeat to an artificial robot. We are running towards a commodified industrial society where human beings are not even extras. Scholars, sociologists, and scientists are concerned, as academics around the world explain the benefits of the technology world by championing honey. While the benefits of the drug are explained in pages in this package , the side effects are not written. Whereas, even an ordinary painkiller when you are sick, while you give it to a person who is sensitive to dicloren, you put it in a coma, so that all the leaflets are active and their side effects are listed. While Industry 4.0 and cloud digital systems are presented to the society, a study on the dicloren responsibilities of the society and their side effects cannot be realized. Technology here makes our lives easier and we all benefit from them, but I do not think that this technology can ruin the human lineage in the new digital world in the new digital world, like the invention that destroyed millions of civilians by using the scientific studies developed by Einstein in the name of humanity in an atomic bomb, I do not have this anxiety, only the famous British physicist Stephen Hawking, who is considered the most important physicist in the world after Einstein, says from his wheelchair:A study on the side effects they can create cannot be realized. '' We have seen that primitive types of artificial intelligence (drones counted today's robots, smartphones multi-core computers etc.) are useful. However, the development of a full-scale artificial intelligence may be the end of humanity. After people develop artificial intelligence, this kind of intelligence can design its own way by drawing its own way and develop it continuously. '' says. A similar concern comes from Microsoft's founder Bill Gates at a session he attended earlier this year. "I am very concerned about artificial intelligence, first, the machines will do our job in many subjects, but after a while they will be smart enough to worry us as a result of their development."

Bill Gates is anxious to be one of the richest people in the world and one of the developers of this technology. Stephen Hawking is the smartest living scientist who spends his unpaid life in a wheelchair with the help of others. He is also anxious! ... This is the fear of uncontrolled power, like prescriptions without side effects. Something like the difference between reading the prescription and the sensitive consumer who looks at the expiration date and contents of the product he bought and only the price. It is not difficult to imagine what might happen in a world where the human element becomes dysfunctional from a form of production whose subject is human in a world where governments in many countries of the world gradually become authoritarian and become anti-democratic systems! ..

The extraordinary rapid development of technology in many areas over the last decade enables cloud computing systems to become operational rapidly. With the emergence of internal and external HDs used in Personnel Computer systems many years ago, personal pictures and videos are now kept in social networks such as I'Cloud, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube via the social media networks. In the near future, applications that use online clouds instead of HD on new generation computers are being considered. Computer companies such as Apple making Apple TV and software-operating system, service provider companies will enter this field. While it was very attractive at first, and thanks to these applications, we were glad that we got rid of memory problems from HDs,In the process, it will turn companies with networks into important power centers. It is also worried by social scientists that this situation may create undesired access to the personal information of societies and the individuals who compose it. Especially security and privacy issues and the use of information by others are the main concerns.

Today, cloud computing systems have not been able to address privacy concerns. This creates a situation contrary to the privacy of private life and individual rights and freedoms, which is expressed in the universal law of human rights. Western societies have already put them on the agenda of discussion regarding Industry 4.0, which is described in us only by being exposed to superficial sensations without understanding its content and future problems. Yes, technology is good, but in a world where human freedom and the vital future of human beings are supported by universal legal rules under the full assurance of individual freedoms where the idea of social state is further developed, the new technology developed around the human idea and its arguments provide maximum benefit.Otherwise, it is not hard to imagine how these enormous technologies and cloud systems can captivate people in the hands of the Big Brother, as in the 1984 novel categorized by George Orwell. Who would want to live in a world where everything is controlled by central authorities and even private life does not exist, even if it seems like a fantasy theory, mankind must have knowledge against these facts or predictions. Because this new world order will bring serious social problems in social life with the innovative developments it creates.Although it may seem like a fantasy theory, mankind must have knowledge against these facts or predictions. Because this new world order will bring serious social problems in social life with the innovative developments it creates.Although it may seem like a fantasy theory, mankind must have knowledge against these facts or predictions. Because this new world order will bring serious social problems in social life with the innovative developments it creates.

Capital and industry circles are already investing heavily in these technologies. For example , industry giants such as BMW, Bosch and Siemens , which make up the majority of Germany's national income and the employment they provide , with the changes and strategies they have already implemented in their production flows, Industry 4.0leading the revolution. According to the 2015 news of Deutsche Welle newspaper published in Germany: Germany's technology giant Siemens, (One of the biggest mergers of Germany was Bosch and Siemens Bosch & Siemens GMBH. Decision Haber Germany's world-renowned technology company Siemens added 4,500 more people to its 7,500 layoff forecast announced in February. Thus, the number of employees to be laid off by the giant company totaled 12 thousand 300. Within the scope of this dismissal, the number of Siemens employees to be laid off in Germany has reached 5,500. All of this is not related to the economic crisis, this is the view of profit reality and capital's relation to production relations in the new production process. Manufacturing industry orders in Germany were 0 percent in March,While it increased below 9 with expectations, Siemens announced that it increased its net profit with asset sales in the second quarter of 2015 fiscal year and gained 3.89 billion euro net profit in the quarter ended March 31. The company's net profit was 1.12 billion euros in the same period last year, while analysts expected a profit of 2.01 billion euros in the second quarter this year. In the quarter in question, turnover increased from 16.7 billion euros to 18.05 billion euros, with positive reflections of the exchange rate.turnover increased from 16.7 billion euro to 18.05 billion euro with positive reflections of the exchange rate.turnover increased from 16.7 billion euro to 18.05 billion euro with positive reflections of the exchange rate.

Before Siemens' decision to dismiss it, which has over 300,000 employees worldwide, many giant companies have stated that they will lay off workers one after another. In this context, in 2014, Volvo, 4,400 people working in heavy vehicle production; Sony, 5 thousand people working in the field of TV and computer; Airbus announced that 2,500 people would end their jobs. In the same period, while BASF, one of the chemical giants, shrank 250 people; Intel 5 thousand, printing machines manufacturer Koeing & Bauer announced that it will be separated with its 500 employees. These companies, whose values in the stock market do not decrease and their profitability increase, are undoubtedly examples that experience rapid adaptation to the models of unmanned production. Its strength in the world market, especially companies such as Siemens,Technology giants taking automation technologies have started this process. Developing autonomous production systems with the ability to self-regulate and follow-up, Siemens foresees that every component in the production flow is connected with cloud systems, the virtual and the real world, and the data generated by these processes are analyzed in a common network.

German prime minister Merkel introduced Industry 4.0 as a concept to quickly adapt to the interdependent world and industrial production at the World Economic Forum held in Davos recently. Germany proves Merkel's commitment to Industry 4.0 in all areas, from giant companies to fast-growing start-up initiatives.

Yaratabile of future ğ good problems to scrutinize bush evil ırke serious distance, crossing the road in Germany this came above forecasts to justify evil precedent for the menu as a model evil snow from imdi evil then our stands. Bosch has many pilot projects on Industry 4.0 and is currently working on a production flow where machines and products are aware of each other. Bosch Rexroth in HamburgThe pilot project, which was tried at its factory, aims to speak the same communication language of the product itself, the machine that produces it and the human factor that follows it. Smart production band supported with RFID technology can decide and process according to the incoming product type. Parts of different products can be processed in the same band, while products are open to new developments and modularity is provided.

Bosch's next goal is to ensure control and optimization of production all over the world over a common network. Also object of the IR Internet to move in memory the characteristics of the products utilizing the power of the concept will be provided. This change will open the way to smart production and then to smart factories.

Smart City, another pilot project of Bosch, envisages creating a transportation network that generates data by tracking and optimizing road works and parking areas. Smart City , an example of mobile application for Industry 4.0 , will be used first for the city of Monaco.

Research, 37 billion objects on the world participate in this ecology ğ then the states . The majority of these objects will be product components on the production line.

This is the name of a system that will reach raw material input, production stages and end consumers from the entire supply chain that works in an optimized manner, first in a cloud network locally and worldwide. In some production areas where the role of the human element is minimized, production costs will decrease very much in this system, which is perhaps not at all. Due to the cost differences created by labor-human intensive production, labor cost, social rights, etc. factors, the industry, whose profitability decreased due to the fact that the production turned to third world countries such as Asia, Brazil, India, will be the centers of reproduction with Industry 4.0.

As Siemens confirms the accuracy of this research with the following explanation . '' At the point where the manufacturing industry is coming today, the only way to maintain its competitive advantage over the long term is to automate all of its workflows. '' '' they need to realize using low energy and resources ''says. According to the statements of the German government officials who are dependent on foreign energy in accordance with this project, they require all cars to have zero emission values by 2030. This means that gasoline cars are banned or, in other words, electric cars become mandatory. This situation will affect the growth and exports of these countries, which have turned into important production centers with their cheap labor advantages over the last 20 years and have enabled their countries to grow with their exports.

These countries, which constitute the most crowded countries of the world population and continue to exist on the production-export model, will cause important problems in the internal bodies of the countries and may also trigger large social and social explosions. At the beginning of industrialization, new technologies will hit the unqualified workforce at first, while Endistri 4.0 and the cloud will also affect the qualified workforce. In the following process, with the production of 3-5 and multidimensional printers entering daily life, as a result of the extraordinary efficiency of individual production, some large production areas will become dysfunctional and production machines will also be unnecessary. Scale production will continue to revive, as usual, new technology industry-centric giants that develop these production models and bring them into the home of the individual consumer. In short, those who possess the technology in every condition and situation will continue to win by introducing different technologies into our lives in different processes. While this is one side of the model, on the other hand, there is no socially developed research and thought about the problems that the system will create.

In the world of this day, which has more than 8 billion with a world population increasing by 17-20% every year and loading important problems such as great employment and living areas for the country and world economies, these systems that will replace people in production are also the source of the production of many disaster scenarios. Reducing human lineage with wars, diseases and global viruses are among these bad scenarios.

In reliable and controlled hands, the technology provides a qualified life for humanity, but unfortunately there is no infrastructure and administrative values and political political structures that can share the blessings it brings. These technologies, which come early in our century, where the idea of democracy and justice has not been internalized yet and such bullying has been experienced, can turn into the fear of human beings.
