We live in a process where a versatile chaos is in command and natural things gradually run outs. The policy and economy are polluted, the science moves away from positiveness and return to a know-how business for some sections, the eco-system of the world is flustered and our feeds compose a new cancer type everyday. As an agriculture country Turkey became wheat and grain importer, the citizens look for wormy fruits and vegetables. The aim is to make the plantation system dominant which teems for only one time in a plus value logic. But the system which spreads from economy to policy as a unipolar world, brings along with its own cancer. The first half of 2008 passed with chaos and economic problems both in Turkey and in the world. We came back to the two digits inflation rates from % 9.8 growth. While we were waiting for the effects of the process, the interests, electric and energy costs raised and structural reforms stopped. In brief, while negative factors are increasing, the economy is in a serious stagnation. As the leading sector, in the construction industry subsidized house-building projects don’t move along and the currents can not be sold. It will be more difficult to buy a house after the % 120 price increase of reinforcing iron. Although all the  negativeness that we lived in the sector, there are some good developments. The furniture accessory manufacturers came together and found The Association of Furniture Accessory Industrialists – MAKSDER in this month. This association where more than 30 experienced and institutionalized company has attended to and near and far ranged projects is going to be created, will bring prestige, respectability and quality for Turkish furniture industry. I wish to be useful for our sector and I sincerely congratulate.
